Viewing your teams from the club dropdown

Once you are logged in, look at the top-left of the header. Next to the Hoops logo you will see one or more club logos. Each logo opens a menu for that club.

Opening the menu

  1. Click a club logo in the header.
  2. A dropdown opens listing your teams at that club, grouped by how you are involved:
Section Meaning
PlayingTeams you play on
CoachingTeams you coach
WatchingTeams you follow as a watcher

Click a team name to open that team’s page. At the bottom of the menu, Club Home takes you to the club’s main page.

Club admins

If you are a club administrator, the same club dropdown also includes a Training section:

Teams without a club

If you belong to teams that are not linked to a club, those appear under your name in the top-right corner of the header (user menu), not under a club logo.

Which clubs appear?

Club logos are shown for clubs where you have an active playing, coaching, or club admin role. If you only watch teams at a club and have no other role there, that club logo may not appear in the header.

The Today section in the header

Directly below the main navigation bar, you may see a pale yellow Today strip. It only appears when you have something scheduled or noteworthy for the current day.

What it shows

Each item appears as a clickable badge:

Badge style What it means
Orange or club-coloured pill (often with club logos and “vs”) A game involving one of your teams
Light badge with a running figure A training session
Light badge with a cake icon A teammate’s birthday today

What is included?

The Today bar is personalised to you. It generally includes:

Games that have already finished earlier today can still appear for the rest of the day. If your only role on a team is watcher, games for that team are not shown here (birthdays on that team are also omitted). If nothing is scheduled and there are no teammate birthdays, the Today strip is hidden.

Entering training attendance (coaches & managers)

If you are a coach, assistant coach, or team manager for a team on the training, you can record each player’s status directly on the training page.

1. Open the training

  1. Click the training badge in the Today bar, or open it from the team’s Trainings list.
  2. The training page opens with the date, time, location, drills, and an attendance list.

2. Set each player’s status

  1. On the right-hand side, find the attendance table (grouped by team).
  2. For each player, use the Status dropdown to choose:
    • Yes — attending
    • Late — attended but was late
    • No — known absence
    • Inj — injury
    • Sick — illness
    • M.I.A. — missing, reason unknown
  3. Click Save at the bottom of the table.

If a player already has a team Availability entry covering that date, a coloured label may appear next to their name and their status may be pre-filled.

Adding teams or players

If someone is missing from the list, use the Add card above the attendance table to attach another team or individual player to the session, then set their status and save.
